- The Current Seat for the Sovereign Empress Emmy is in Atlanta, Georgia USA / Lago Real USA located in Georgia USA.
- The Sovereign Empress Emmy is working on the Unification paperwork to strengthen the United States of America – SAM. The Declaration of the United States of America – SAM Ceremony was in Washington DC in March 2026.
- The Sovereign Empress Emmy restarted the Congress in March 2026 and requested a review of all laws that were created during war between 1920 to 2016. The sovereign Empress set aside any laws that were created between 2018 to the present as the Congress was in space and abandoned earth and forfeited their positions in Congress.
- Each State is encouraged to hold elections for their house of representatives. The positions of the Senate are royal and associated with the Military. A new position is created for elected officials with a civil title of Principal Monitor for the State. This position is between the house of representatives and the Senate is a civil position with the same term of service and the same election cycle. Each State has two Principal Monitors who are elected by the constituents.
- The Senate seats are historically royal and their election was by their own vote. This was the process until 2026 when the Sovereign Empress accepted back all the Senate titles and withdrew them from the election process making the seats by appointment only.
- As president of the Senate, she listened to the House of representatives who wished to work out of their home capitals and acknowledged that Congressmen may work from their home capitals to conserve their finances while they review the laws developed during the war within the defense department system. Now that peace has been declared, the laws must be transferred to the civilian sector.
The protocols of meeting in Washington DC are still to be determined for Congressmen by the executive branch and the Senate with notes from the congressmen and each state.
